Supper Club: Food Hero Yotam Ottolenghi

Where do we even begin with one of the chefs who has truly changed the British food landscape? It feels like there was the British scene before Ottolenghi, and then there was afterwards. Since his first restaurant in Islington, the Ottolenghi empire has expanded exponentially, including restaurants and sister restaurants, newspaper columns, cookbooks, branded ingredients and a whole host of chefs from the Ottolenghi stable now with restaurants and cookbooks of their own. We have all learned how to cook with black garlic, and his style of heaping colourful salads onto serving platters can be seen in cafes up and down the land.
